2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 (1 pound) package hot pork sausage
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients with a wooden spoon or your hands. Shape into balls. Place on jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. These freeze well.
