1 stick of margarine
1 pkg. carrots, cleaned and grated
1 bunch of green onions and tops, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Melt the margarine in a skillet add the grated
carrots and the chopped green onions and the tops,
saute and fold over and let the top side smother,the
carrots will change color, it will be a richer color
cook till the carrots are tender about 15 to 20 mins.
season with salt and pepper.
