Fresh Salsa

 

28 oz. can stewed tomatoes - drained
3 - 4 fresh tomatoes - diced
3 fresh jalapeño peppers - cored, seeded, minced
1 cup chopped sweet onion
1 Tbls. crushed garlic
1 1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 1/4 tsp. cumin
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Stir together all ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to chill  before serving.


 Serve with tortilla chips
