Spanish Rice

Spanish Rice

1 cup uncooked rice

1/3 cup chopped onion

2 Tbsp olive oil

...
1/3 cup chopped green peppers

1 cup water

½ tsp mustard

2 cups chopped canned tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube

1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Sauté rice, onion & peppers in oil until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
