Next to Corn On The Cob, This is my fave !
2 17-oz cans cream corn
1 12-oz can corn kernels
5 eggs
1/2 C. sugar
4 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. diced onion
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. melted butter
Mix ingredients until smooth and put in 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, stirring mixture every 15 minutes.
