BREAKFAST Smoothie

I love smoothies !
 
1 ctn/ (6 oz,) plain cream top yogurt

1/3 glass whole milk

6 oz. ice cubes (about 1/3 cup)

1 tsp. instant coffee granules

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. sugar, or to taste

optional: whipped topping.

 
    Combine yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, milk and ice in blender.  Blend until no more ice chunks remain.  Add coffee granules.  Blend until smooth and frothy.  Pour into a tall glass.  Makes 1 serving.
