Homemade Alfredo Sauce

5 tablespoons sweet butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in medium saucepan over med/low heat.

Add garlic, cream and pepper; bring mixture to a simmer. Stir often. 

Add Parmesan cheese; stir and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until sauce has thickened and is smooth.

Add mozzarella cheese and stir frequently until smooth. 

Serve over your favorite pasta.
