2 C. Flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
... 2 t. salt
1 C. Cold buttermilk
4 T. butter at room temp
1 T. Sugar
475 degrees 10-15 min
lightly grease baking sheet
measure dry ingredients into a bowl
add buttermilk and butter to dry ingredients
stir until just combined do not overwork
the batter....drop 1/4 cup fulls 2 " apart.
For larger bizkiits drop by 1/2 c. fulls
bake 20-25 min
Can also bake in a cast iron skillet
