5 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. each chopped fresh basil, chopped parsley
2 tbsp each crushed garlic, white wine vinegar
to taste salt, ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine tomato, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, basil, parsley, garlic and vinegar. Toss and add salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
