Glazed Ham Steak

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 lb. center-cut ham slice

      In small saucepan combine pineapple, preserves, lemon juice, and cornstarch.  Mix well and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 - 15 minutes to blend flavors.  Broil ham to desired doneness on both sides.  Spoon pineapple mixture on top.  Heat until hot and bubbly.  Refrigerate leftovers.
