Wash well and cut up 5-7 potatoes
cut up one large onion
cut up a package of Polish Sausage
Toss all the above with one pkg dried onion soup mix.
Turn out into greased 9x13" pan and bake at 425°F for about an hour. I would cover with foil and remove the foil during the last 15 or 20 minutes.
