2 lb round steak
1 sliced medium onion
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp seasoned salt
3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp mustard
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1. Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
2. Combine meat and all other ingredients in a crockpot (slow cooker).
3. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.
