My Mama started making these in the 60's , They are just plain delicious..
1 - 7oz. can Angel Flake Coconut
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Grease 2 9" pie pans
Mix all together and por into pie pans.
Bake @ 350* for 30 to 40 minutes or until coconut is toasted and the pies are firm.
