Egg Dumplings

 

2 eggs
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. water
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. Baking powder
 
Beat two eggs until frothy.
Add eggs with remaining ingredients; blend well.
Drop by spoonful into boiling soup or broth.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
