
1 can of chopped pineapple
  1 can cream of coconut
  Ice
  Blue food coloring
  Honey
  Sweetened coconut flakes
  Dip rim of martini glass in honey
and then roll in coconut flakes.
Set aside.
Fill blender with ice, add chopped
pineapple, cream of coconut and 
  a few drops of blue food   coloring.
  Blend well and pour into glasses trimmed with   coconut.
