Chili Dog Casserole

2    Can (15 oz)    chili with beans
8    beef frankfurter
8    flour tortilla ( 8" fajita size )
16    ounces    cheddar cheese, shredded
   to taste    sour cream ( optional )

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread 1 can of chili and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Roll up franks inside tortillas with a small amount of the cheddar cheese in each one
and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and beans.
Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Spray aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil (spray side down), and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Top each individual serving with sour cream, if desired.
