4 ea Salmon Steaks
1 tb Butter
1 ts Soy sauce
1/4 ts Garlic powder
4 ea Lemon slices
1 tb Butter
1 ts Soy sauce
1/4 ts Garlic powder
4 ea Lemon slices
In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter; add soy sauce and garlic powder.
Add salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn and continue cooking 4-5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with lemon slices.
