Today is the first day in 5 weeks that the pain is bearable in my knee and hip.
I went to my doctor last Thursday, She added some med's and took some away, also added a Ibuprofen Cream, She wants to see me again in 4 week. I really think the cream is helping. But whatever it is I hope it keeps getting better..
I am not going to over do it, so I am going to send 2 recipe then get back to the bed..
Hope to be back in full sawing soon..
