Rice Surprise

2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup oil
2 medium onions
1 cup each celery, bell pepper
1 can chicken broth
3 cups cooked rice
    Brown pork and beef with onions in oil; drain and add remaining ingredients, except rice.  Cook 45 minutes.  Add rice and mix.
